This is a line:
It’s true when it comes to issues of life. Of gun control. About immigration. On drugs. Concerning government size/scope/control.
Should it surprise me if other people draw their lines in different places than me? No.
Disappoint me? Yes.
If this is my framework – that everyone draws the line somewhere – isn’t it possible to have a reasonable conversation somewhere?
Of course, that involves making not one assumption, but two:
1. Everyone draws the line somewhere.
2. Anyone wants to have a reasonable discussion.
